Instructions For Parents

Parents can meet their ward only on the last Sunday of every month. If you visit them frequently, your child won't adjust in the gurukul environment. Parents are not allowed to meet their ward or any teacher in the school time.

Parents are required to deposit the quarterly charges for food and other expenses on due date so that you can avoid late fee and system of student's diet may go on smoothly. Regularity in dealing is better for both parents and teachers. No reminder will be sent in this regard.

Your ward should not be absent for a single day when summer and winter break is over because he will suffer a lot in his studies as well as he has to pay a fine of Rs. 500 and Rs. 100 per day onwards for coming late.

All students and their parents should follow instructions to maintain discipline at gurukul. Due to students being busy in daily schedule it is not possible for parents to communicate with their wards on any day except for Sundays. However, they can convey their message through the Warden.

Any Student will not be allowed to attend any marriage or any other ceremony during exam days because during those days we prepare students rigorously for the exams.

If a student is suffering from any incurable or contagious disease; he will not be allowed to take admission in Gurukul.

If a student is unable to submit his Transfer Certificate up to 30th April his admission will be cancelled.

The parents of new students will not be permitted to meet at last Sunday in the month of April, only because new students need time to adjust.
