The students of yogeshwar gurukul regularly practice yoga and pranayam. Yoga is very important for the physical and mental well being of any person, even children. The students are taught asanas at a young age which will keep them healthy, active and enable them to command their lives fully. Pranayam (breathing exercises) is an excellent practice with enormous benefits to the body and mind, and is practiced daily at the gurukul.
